I recently refinanced my home mortgage with Mr. Mucci, and it was a very positive experience. Besides the loan rate and fees being well below other quotes I had received, he kept me informed throughout the refinancing process via his website, email and phone. When we ran into unexpected obstacles, he listened to me and worked extra to see if we could overcome the issues that would have kept me from being able to refinance at a very low rate, even absorbing some of the extra costs himself.
